Elissa Al-Chokhachy

Biography:

Elissa Al-Chokhachy has been working with the dying and the bereaved for almost two decades. She graduated with a Masters of Art in Thanatology: Death, Dying and Bereavement. Elissa is the recipient of the Boston College Alumni Award for Excellence in nursing and the Dr. William B. Stevens Award for the nurse who enjoys her work the most. She is the author of two children's books and is a certified hospice nurse and a fellow in thanatology.
