Mary Capps

Biography:

Mary Capps worked as a compliance officer for Park City, Kansas under the direct supervision of Dennis Rader, the BTK killer. For six and a half years she was the focus of his cruelty and micro-management until February 25, 2005 when Rader was arrested for mass murder.
