Hibbard has been a criminal justice planner and special program developer (e.g., crime prevention programs, crime-specific interagency teams, career criminal prosecution units, intelligence networks, law enforcement information systems, and corrections facility designs), forensic hypnotist, licensed private investigator, reserve deputy sheriff, martial arts instructor, and senior author of "Forensic Hypnosis: The Practical Application of Hypnosis in Safety: Don't Be A Target!" Mr. Hibbard is currently working on his doctorate in human science.
