JoAnn Parks was in search of anything that would help her twelve-year-old daughter who was dying of bone cancer. Their family doctor introduced JoAnn to Norbu Chen, a powerful healer of the Tibetan sect of Red Hat Lamas who had just returned from Guatemala to study with Mayan priests.
