Jerry E. Smith is an "overnight sensation" that has been four decades in the making. His professional career as a writer, lecturer and editor began with his first writing sale back in 1969. His newest book is WEATHER WARFARE: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature. It is a follow up to his 1998 best seller HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy. In the 1990s Jerry was the Executive Director of the National UFO Museum (NUFOM) in Reno, Nevada, while editing NUFOM's quarterly journal "Notes From The Hangar" and Jim Keith's political/metaphysical magazine "Dharma Combat."
