About the show

Ted is a physical geographer with broad interests in geomorphology andclimatology. He is currently a member of the Quaternary EnvironmentsResearch Centre. Ongoing research interests involve the definition andmapping of the geomorphic signatures of tsunami, global climate change andsea-level rise, and climatic and oceanographic natural hazards. Ted has aninternational reputation with his research on catastrophic tsunami, beingone of the first researchers to identify a wide spectrum of signatures ofsuch events in the coastal landscape.
