Author and engineer, Christopher Dunn shared his theory that the Great Pyramid of Giza functioned as a power plant, and was an indicator that at one time the ancient Egyptians had achieved a high degree of civilization.

The pyramid served to "drive the planet into harmony," said Dunn, explaining that it may have been built to prevent earthquakes. He suggested that the Great Pyramid drew energies from the Earth, and acted as a stress-relieving device. Further, he said that the pyramid's shafts were conduits for chemicals, feeding into the chambers, which created hydrogen for the power plant. The King's Chamber, he added, was designed to "capture acoustic energy," and these resonant frequencies interacted with the hydrogen gas. More here.
